1. Acceptance of Terms

By using www.maliziasign.com or engaging Malizia Sign for signage, printing, or advertising services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Quotations & Orders

Quotes provided via our website or in person are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed deposit. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Design Approval & Production

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs, dimensions, and artwork before production begins. Malizia Sign is not liable for errors in client-supplied artwork approved prior to manufacturing. Production timelines communicated at order confirmation are estimates and may vary due to material availability or site conditions.

4. Installation

Where installation is included, the client must ensure safe and lawful site access, including any permits required from local municipalities (e.g. Sharjah Municipality) for outdoor signage. Malizia Sign will advise on standard permit requirements but the client remains responsible for obtaining necessary approvals.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% deposit is required to commence production, with the balance due upon completion or delivery. Late payments may incur reasonable administrative charges as permitted under UAE commercial law.

6. Warranty & Liability

Manufactured signage is warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from installation, excluding damage from weather events beyond normal wear, vandalism, or unauthorized modification. Malizia Sign's liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah.
